Model Scouting Bureau is a branch of Eye On Model, agency based in Milan with a long-term experience in the world of fashion and event staffing since 2003. The purpose of Model Scouting Bureau is to work as mother agency, searching for new faces in order to fulfill the rising demand from international agencies.

From our scouting base in Kiev, the agency is always looking forward to searching new girls in the territory with the requirements and the attitude to work as models, creating their portfolios and managing their careers in order to address their future as professional models.

Furthermore, the agency has built over the years a database with over 30.000 profiles from all over the world, out of which it picks the best profiles ready to travel abroad.

Providing models for your agency

The main business of our scouting activity is to provide international fashion agencies with models for the different fashion fields such as runways, showrooms and fitting, photo and video productions. We contribute to securing the coverage of models "in town" all year long, in order to meet direct requests and to be competitive for castings.

You will receive from us model packages customized to your business and to your precise directions. Each profile includes snaps/polaroids, videos and pictures’ portfolio. It’s our due to organize castings in our office with the girls you want to see.

Our scouting team looks after the models’ research for your requirements, thanks to our experience in identifying the required aesthetic standards, and our knowledge of the territory and the places with the largest gathering of them. Our team grounds its scouting activity also by setting up beauty contests in collaboration with students’ associations and by online research.

The candidates found in this first step are then subject to in-depth castings in our corresponding offices in Milan and Kiev. Measurements are verified, snaps/polaroids are taken and photo and video tests are organized for those who are selected as suitable.

New faces are also provided with appropriate training in order to fit the castings and to manage different work situations.
